Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative at Air Giant, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by meeting with customers at pre-scheduled appointments to discuss their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services, while maximizing upsell opportunities. Your goal is to sell to every appointment and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend pre-scheduled appointments to meet with customers and discuss their air quality concerns.
- Present our services in a compelling manner and tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and upsell additional services during appointments.
- Take payments from customers and accurately document transactions using our computer system.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by maximizing sales opportunities at each appointment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing Air Giant.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable with computer systems and basic data entry.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
